What this Warranty Covers

The SERMAN BRANDS Warranty covers any factory defects as a result from the manufacturing process of the product. A factory defect refers to any feature or quality of the product that limits the intended purpose for which is was created.

The warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original buyer for purchases made directly from SERMAN BRANDS

What this Warranty Does Not Cover

The SERMAN BRANDS Warranty does not cover products that have been damaged due to loss, misuse, abuse, or accident.

What We Will Do to Correct the Problem

SERMAN BRANDS will replace the defected product and pay the shipping cost for replacement. If the originally purchased item is out of stock, another item of equal value will be issued.

**Items sold at a deep discount are not subject to warranty claims. The claims will be evaluated and decided case by case.**

How to Activate Product Warranty

• Navigate to the SERMAN BRANDS home page.
• Click the “Warranty Registration Tab”
• Fill out the Warranty Registration
• Click “Activate Warranty” button!

**You have 30 days from delivery date to activate your 12-month warranty**
