All orders placed will ship either the same day or the following business day. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will come with a tracking number so that you can track your order until it is delivered. We do not ship on national holidays, or Sunday, if you place an order on a holiday or on a sunday it will be shipped the following business day.

We can ship to almost any address in the world and have shipped to over 80 countries worldwide. Please do allow up to 7-21 business days for international orders to be received, but note that further delays are possible due to customs. We ship International orders via USPS First Class Mail, so once your order arrives in your country your local postal service will take over for delivery. All orders have a custom number and movement can be tracked only in the U.S.

Please note that orders may be subjected to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
Packages are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

How long does the warranty coverage last?
Our products are covered by a 12 months warranty (1 full year) from your purchase date, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.
What does this warranty cover?
The SERMAN BRANDS Warranty covers any factory defects as a result from the manufacturing process of the product. A factory defect refers to any feature or quality of the product that limits the intended purpose for which is was created. Please try not to over stuff your Serman Brands product or put things in there that don’t belong. If you do put more cards in there than recommended, things can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials. Our products are designed to hold from 6-10 cards (Depending on which wallet you purchased)
The warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original buyer for purchases made directly from SERMAN BRANDS
What does this warranty not cover?
The SERMAN BRANDS Warranty does not cover products that have been damaged due to loss, misuse, abuse, or accident. A few examples of misuse or abuse would be over stuffing your wallet with cards, fitting objects in the wallet that do not belong.
What we will do to correct the problem.
SERMAN BRANDS will replace the defected product and pay the shipping cost for replacement. If the originally purchased item is out of stock, another item of equal value will be issued.
How do I activate the product warranty?

- Click the warranty registration tab
- Fill out the warranty information required
- Click the activate button!

- Notify SERMAN BRANDS via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- In the email include: order number, place of purchase, your current address and a few pictures showing manufacture defect.

We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip past the quality control team. If your product has a manufacture defect, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, please contact our team via email@example.com and we will take care of you.
If you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), or wish to return an unwanted gift, we will still refund your purchase if returned within 30 days, but the return shipping isn’t covered and refunds will be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original Serman Brands packaging.
Remember, all our products come with a 12 month warranty, so if something goes unplanned down the road, be sure to let our support team know via firstname.lastname@example.org
If you change your mind, or want to swap a gift for something else, exchange requests can be submitted to email@example.com within 30 days of purchase.
Please return your item in original condition, and in the original Serman Brands packaging. Once we receive the package we will ship your prefered color or model of equal value.
If you are exchanging a wallet due to damage from shipping, manufacturing, or you received the wrong color, please contact our team via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a new wallet along with a prepaid envelope for you to drop off the defective product at the post office.
If you made an error when purchasing online, and it’s still within 24 hours of placing your order, contact our support team right away and we should be able to adjust your order before it leaves our hands. We like to reduce unnecessary shipping (and save you unnecessary costs) where possible.
What if my order does not Arrive?
United States Order
If your order doesn’t arrive within the maximum estimated time frame (3-5 Business days).. please try the following.
Contact the post office and provide them with your tracking number, sometimes the post office makes mistakes in delivery updates.
Ask your friends and family if they picked up the package for you.
If you have tried both methods and still can not locate your package simply email our support team with your order details so we could open an investigation case with USPS to locate your package.
International shipping can take 7-21 business days due to customs it could take longer. If your order doesn’t arrive within the maximum estimated time frame (7-12 Business days).. please try the following.
You might have to call your local post office and provide
them with your custom number (UM*********US) sometimes the post office or custom office will hold it until the custom/import charges are paid.
The custom number is not an actual tracking number it only shows the movement of the package when it is in America. We shipped with our regular mail and you should also receive with your regular post office mail.
How do I cancel my order?
Contact email@example.com within 24 hrs of placing your order. That way we should be able to catch any transaction settlement and shipping before it goes through. Anything after this window will be treated as a regular refund.
Can I add items to my order after I have hit the place order/confirmation button?
If you want to add an item to your order please email our support team within 24 hours of your purchase and we’ll do what we can to adjust the order.
