How long does the warranty coverage last?

Our products are covered by a 12 months warranty (1 full year) from your purchase date, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.

What does this warranty cover?

The SERMAN BRANDS Warranty covers any factory defects as a result from the manufacturing process of the product. A factory defect refers to any feature or quality of the product that limits the intended purpose for which is was created. Please try not to over stuff your Serman Brands product or put things in there that don’t belong. If you do put more cards in there than recommended, things can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials. Our products are designed to hold from 6-10 cards (Depending on which wallet you purchased)

The warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original buyer for purchases made directly from SERMAN BRANDS

What does this warranty not cover?

The SERMAN BRANDS Warranty does not cover products that have been damaged due to loss, misuse, abuse, or accident. A few examples of misuse or abuse would be over stuffing your wallet with cards, fitting objects in the wallet that do not belong.

What we will do to correct the problem.

SERMAN BRANDS will replace the defected product and pay the shipping cost for replacement. If the originally purchased item is out of stock, another item of equal value will be issued.

***Items sold at a deep discount are not subject to warranty claims. The claims will be evaluated and decided case by case.

How do I activate the product warranty?

How to contact SERMAN BRANDS to access your warranty coverage.

  2. In the email include: order number, place of purchase, your current address and a few pictures showing manufacture defect.


We are strict with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip past the quality control team. If we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, you changed your mind, or wish to return an unwanted gift, we will refund your purchase if the package is returned within 30 days of purchase. (Remember, if you experience a manufacture defect as a result of the manufacturing process, contact our team to redeem the 12-month warranty!).

Once we receive the package we will issue a full refund. After we process the refund we will update you via email. Your refund will go back to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days depending on your Bank. If you do not see a refund on your banking statement 2 weeks after the refund was processed, please reach out to us.


If you are exchanging a wallet due to damage from shipping, manufacturing, received the wrong color, changed your mind, or want to swap a gift for something else, exchange requests can be submitted to within 30 days of purchase.

Option #1 If you are exchanging a wallet due to damage from shipping, manufacturing, or received the wrong color, please contact our support team via We will send you a new wallet along with a prepaid envelope for you to drop off the defective product at the post office.

Option #2 If you changed your mind or want to swap a gift for something else email us at with your order number, and a quick note explaining the concern. (Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges).

*Items must be returned in the original condition and original manufacturer’s packaging. We are not responsible for product(s) returned incorrectly. If any item(s) are returned outside of the Refund policy terms they will not be shipped back and will not be refunded.

*If you placed an incorrect order online, and it’s still within 24 hours of submitting your order, contact us immediately and we will update the order if it hasn’t been shipped out yet.

What if my order does not Arrive?

United States Order

If your order doesn’t arrive within the maximum estimated time frame (3-5 Business days).. please try the following.

  • Contact the post office and provide them with your tracking number, sometimes the post office makes mistakes in delivery updates.
  • Ask your friends and family if they picked up the package for you.
  • If you have tried both methods and still can not locate your package simply email our support team with your order details so we could open an investigation case with USPS to locate your package.

    International Order

    International shipping can take 7-21 business days. Due to customs, it could take longer. If your order doesn’t arrive within the maximum estimated time frame (7-12 Business days).. please try the following.

  • Call your local post office and provide them with your custom number (UM*********US). Sometimes, the post office or custom office will hold the package until the custom/import charges are paid. The custom number is not an actual tracking number. It only tracks the movement within the United States. SERMAN BRANDS ships with USPS First Class Mail (U.S. local Mail) and you should also receive the package with your country's local post office.
  • How do I cancel my order?

    Contact within 24 hrs of placing your order. That way we should be able to catch any transaction settlement and shipping before it goes through. Anything after this window will be treated as a regular refund.

    Can I add items to my order after I have hit the place order/confirmation button?

    If you want to add an item to your order please email our support team within 24 hours of your purchase and we’ll do what we can to adjust the order.

    Where are Serman Brands products designed?

    Our wallets are proudly designed here in Roseville California. Thanks to your help we are able to test and design new prototypes in house here in the United States. Occasionally our team works with external designers in places like Europe and Asia. This helps keep things fresh, with new ideas flowing through our Head Quarters.

    Where are Serman Brands Products Manufactured?

    Sernan Brands is determined to work with the most talented people we can find around the world, no matter where they’re from. Currently, makers in China and India offer the best balance of quality workmanship and value we’ve been able to source, so this is where all of our products come to life. We understand there can be concerns when manufacturing in these regions, so all of our suppliers must comply with a strict Quality Control Guide.

    How will my product be packaged?

    Your wallet will be wrapped in a paper tissue, covered in a luxury cloth bag and placed in a gift box making it the perfect gift for a yourself or a loved one.

    What currencies do the wallets hold?

    Most SERMAN|BRANDS wallets are designed to hold US currency (Don't worry, we are working on something exciting for our international customers). We do provide the size of the wallet in the description and picture of the US currency position. Our 5.0 & 5.S model can fit most international bills, if the bills are folded.

    How many cards do the wallets fit?

    For each wallet, we let you know the number of cards it can hold on the product page. For example our 1.0 model best fits 6-8 cards. We do not recommend you to over stuff the wallet, this will put excessive strain on stitching and materials and can cause it to tear over time.

    Money Clip Care

    How to tighten the mechanical money clip: The money clip can lose tension over time, because it is regulated by a twist on twist off. Take the money clip out of the wallet it and turn it clock wise to tighten it. The money clip should regain tension. If not we do sell money clip replacements for 2.99 with free shipping!

    The money clip is not glued to the wallet to give you the option to remove the money clip completely and use the wallet without it. Also, this way it is easier to replace the money clip.

    Stretched Leather

    We recommend keeping the same number of cards in each slot that you decide to begin with. For example: if you begin with 3 cards in a pocket, over time the leather will stretch out to hold those 3 cards. If you try to down size to 1 or 2 cards in that same pocket then those cards will become loose. This is not a defect, just the nature of all leather. Is this principle the same for the pull tab pocket? Yes.

    Leather Care

    What to do when leather gets dirty?

    DO: Take a cotton cloth and some water. Damp the cloth and gently rub the surface of the wallet until the dirt gets absorbed in the damp cloth. This will not remove the color of the leather.  

    DON’T: Use any soaps, detergents, or vinegar because this may alter the color of the leather.


    What to do when leather gets wet?

    DO: Gently wipe any standing water on the wallet with a clean, dry cloth. Next, allow for the wallet to dry at room temperature. Give your wallet time to dry because speed drying will produce crinkles. Make sure your wallet is in its original shape when drying.

    DON’T: Use a blow dryer because this will produce wrinkle in the wallet. Exposing your wallet to extreme temperatures will also produce wrinkles.


    What to do when leather is dry?

    DO: Rub an all-natural, clear product (leather cream or solution) that is indicated for providing moisture. Apply a small amount onto the wallet with a lint-free cloth.  

    DON’T:  Wait until your wallet gets really dry. Regular conditioning will increase the life of your wallet.


    How to remove scratches: apply a small amount of leather conditioning or use a small amount of olive oil. Use a cotton-swab applicator (such as a cotton ball or a Q-tip) for the procedure. After applying the oil directly to the scratch, rub it into the surrounding leather with a circular motion. Allow the oil to dry for an hour, then wipe it off with a clean cloth.

    How does the smart strap work?

    Step 1: Pull on the smart strap to reveal your cards.

    Step 2: Push down on your cards, to reinsert the red strap. (if you are not reinserting cards back into the slot, simply use your finger to push the strap back into the pocket).

    Full-grain leather/Top-grain leather

    Our exceptional leather qualities include full-grain leathers and top-grain leathers. These leathers are full of richness and functionality performance. This leather type guarantees a cow hide that is in its natural form and has all of its layers intact. Since the grain layer is pure and very tight, the leather is very durable. Because of this, depth and character are achieved and contribute to the individual personality of each wallet.

    This leather stays true to its nature by being receptive to scratches. This beautifies the outer leather persona. With use, the wallet will absorb the natural oils of your hands which will allow the wallet to develop a rich and dark color. Each wallet has a compelling story to tell.

    Our dress leathers will flatter your individual style. These leathers are coated to produce an impeccable exterior that is more resistant to markings.     What is RFID Protection? Why is it important?

    SAFETY. PRIVACY. SECURITY - Our wallets are equipped with advanced RFID SECURE Technology, a unique metal composite, engineered specifically to block 13.56 MHz or higher RFID signals and protect the valuable information stored on RFID chips from unauthorized scans.

    All Pass cards for work operate at different frequencies. The RFID lining does not shield against some cards that operate at low frequencies of 125 kHz like hotel key cards, employee ID Badges, transit passes etc. However the RFID lining does protects Credit or Debit cards and Enhanced driver's license.

    RFID uses 2 common frequencies, 125Khz proximity and 13.56Mhz "smart". Most access credentials, bus type passes, etc in the US still use 125KHz proximity which the product data specifically states is not blocked.

    Are all SERMAN|BRANDS items RFID protected?

    Yes, all of the SERMAN BRANDS items are equipped with RFID blocking technology.
